Very laid back, more like a general conversation, lovely office and very approachable senior management. Seemed like a nice culture in the office and a great culture being supported by the decisions happening at the top of the chain

Interview
Applied online, initial screening call and then an extended delay before 10-minute call with MD to discuss the potential commute. Invited to in-person interview with two directors as MD was unavailable. There seemed to be no pre-planned questions, working through my CV and asking about each part. I was asked if I had "actually" sat my A-levels. Interestingly they voiced concerns at the end of the interview so I had a chance to respond. The rejection email was generic and not related to my interview.
