Very short initial screening on teams, where the interviewer kept their camera off, which made the conversation feel impersonal. They mentioned they would be in touch about the next steps within a day or two, but instead, I received a generic 3-line email an hour later with no specific feedback or next steps. The lack of transparency and professionalism was disappointing. Unclear job advertisements with no description of the roles they are looking to fill.
