In order to be a Customer Service Leader, you are required to be 18 and have some experience with running the registers. As a CSL you are expected to learn service center, and have effective communication skills with associates and customers. After you have applied the store manager and the Customer Service Manager will review your application and you will have an interview. Your interview is mostly based on your experience there thus far, and why you think you should be chosen for the position, basically you have to set yourself apart from the other applicants.
