HappyRobot Content Manager interview questions

Communication throughout the interview process was abysmal. If I was told they'd reach out on a Monday, I wouldn't hear from them until Wednesday. It took days for them to respond to emails, and when they did, they were sent late at night or over the weekend. My point of contact was changed in the middle of the process, and once I finally got to my second interview, the person interviewing me thought I was farther along in the process than I actually was - indicating a lack of communication. When they sent me an assignment to do, they said I could reach out with questions. I did end up having questions, but they weren't responded to until after the assignment was submitted. They did allow me to resubmit which I genuinely appreciate, but this also meant that I essentially needed to redo the entire assignment. Overall an extremely unnecessarily frustrating and exhausting process.
