I interviewed for an EMEA Account Executive role and was initially very interested, especially given the strength of the product. During the process, I was asked to accommodate a late evening interview (9.30-10PM) to fit the GTM leader’s schedule, which I agreed to. I was happy to be flexible and appreciated the opportunity to speak with the hiring manager. However, after the interview, I did not hear back at all, even after following up. While I fully understand and respect not progressing to the next stage, a basic rejection update is the minimum expectation, particularly when a candidate went out of their way to accommodate a late night interview. This lack of communication reflects poorly on the overall candidate experience and says a lot about the company’s culture which is a shame, as otherwise it seems to be a great product.
