Very little follow up and mixed signals through out the process. Lack of communication on behalf of the recruiter. I interviewed for Deployment Strategist and after the initial recruiter call during which the recruiter said "I'll schedule you for the next steps," I did not hear back for over 3 weeks.
Recruiter and headhunter both were soso experience.
Interviewers felt like the "let's run hard at a wall" type of mind set.
They will ask you to do a slide presentation on an account that needs to be stabilized and renew and expand. Very extensive. At the same time, will ask you to learn their AI agent platform (poor documentation), and then also record a 5 minute product demo. A lot of work and was unwilling to provide feedback and only a cookie cutter response.
They have removed it now, but previously on their application, they had a question asking if you are comfortable working on saturdays as well.
