Interview process was rigorous, but worth it. Employees committed to patient care and wanted to ensure that candidate shared same values and mission. Company is very strong and poised for great things.

Phone and one-on-one interview with the pharmacist in charge. I also had a meeting with an human resources specialist to do a pre employment screening, which was more lengthy, and detailed the company's policies and procedures, loss prevention measures, etc. From what I understand, the per diem process is less involves that the part time or full time positions. The downside is there is also much less training ( one day of one on one computer training)
