Interview
Aggressive, yet inviting. They were both hostile and accommodating which really kept you on your toes. The interviewers kept arguing with each other and it got really personal at one point. In fact, one of the managers quit during the interview - so there was instant advancement opportunity. Would I do it all over again? No. Am I glad I went through it and does it make me a better person in the end? Yes and YES!

Was easy and relaxed easily communicated all questions were answered to satisfaction. Just answer their questions honestly and confidently. If you have the qualifications then show it. Be confident but humble
Was very easy. Was asked questions of my skills both managerial and technical.
Was also asked questions about conflict resolution and people skills.

Easy and simple. Quick to the point and the leadership team does a great job asking questions. Leadership is well organized and takes pride in working for their company. Professionalism at its best.
