Interview
The hiring process is very simple. There is only one interview, you're hired or you're not. It's fast food. The general manager there does the hiring without input of the assistant managers. Unfortunately she is not a good judge of character.
It really was quite a very smooth process, in which I submitted a resume, and then I followed up by email and then I received an email requesting an interview. I scheduled the interview using email and then was interviewed by a Human Resources manager.
