My experience and getting on was a very easy process, I was hired on the spot. You definitely should have great communication skills. Also, you would want to be prepared for anything though.
A few questions were asked, all very basic. Many were about working in a group and some were about taking initiative. After the interview, I was followed up with two days later with an offer.
