One of the weirdest interview experiences… applied for a position in the winter, filled out their video interview and then didn’t hear anything. In June I received the same email to do it again, so I did. I then got a recruiter interview invite. That went really well and during the interview the recruiter asked when I’m available to come in for a next interview. I said the times and they said great we will send you an email with all the details for your interview on X date. Great! X date came and I never got an email. I followed up before and never heard back so I decided not to make the 45 minute drive. Never heard from them. Followed up the next week. Never heard from them until 3 weeks later I get a disposition email.
Just a super weird interview process and didn’t really like the ghosting especially in HR! Wouldn’t have accepted anyways as they are 5 days in office.
Standard questions asked, reasonable number of interview stages included a small panel of three peers. Peer panel was more of a meet and greet format, very informal. One interview with the business too.
