The interview process consisted of one phone interview with the recruiter. It was very informative about the company and culture while also confirming my experience aligned with the role I applied for. After the initial phone interview I completed a video call interview with the direct manager, one with the team, and a final, more brief, interview with the Senior VP. Overall the interviews were very conversational and I felt the team truly cared about both finding a great fit for the role and making sure the candidate felt the role was a great fit for them. I had lots of opportunities to ask questions. Although you need to be prepared they were very warm and friendly.
