The health insurance is pretty standard, as is PTO, but every year Hawk Ridge tries to add something to the EVP (Employee Value Proposition). For instance, this year they added an extra day off in July or August as well as a one-time stipend for home office improvments.

Good benefits package for a company of this size and have made some recent improvements to things like 401K match and vacation.

The benefits package is fair and motivating. 401k match is competitive.

Health insurance is partially subsidized by the employer, and they provide paternity leave, which constitutes a significant advantage for prospective parents. Additionally, the option to work from home is one of the most valued benefits. Nevertheless, I would appreciate it if the company could consider allowing employees to travel from other countries, as many of its competitors currently offer this flexibility.

health insurance is good quality but premiums are high. 401(k) matching is somewhat low for the industry
