      Director of Content Marketing Interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hawk Ridge Systems

      Interview

Major kudos for having one of the most efficient and transparent interviewing processes I have ever been a part of. Ultimately, I did not get an offer, but I walk away from this experience very impressed with the Hawk Ridge team. I went from the first recruiting screen to the final interview in just over a week. That includes a panel interview and a values interview. At a time when companies take 30 to 90 days to make an offer, this experience was refreshingly fast and stress-free. I also believe that a company’s recruiting process is often reflective of the culture. My take is that this is a decisive and action-oriented environment. I should also mention that the hiring manager sent me the nicest rejection email I have ever received. That he took the time to do that made me feel valued even though I did not get the role.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

In addition to the expected questions about experience, there is a values interview that is designed to assess your fit in the team and in the company.
