1. HR 2. Hiring Manager 3. Take home case 4. Team Interview From what I remember, this is the process. The team was nice, things might have changed or there might be one more step I'm missing too. However, for a mental health organization - you would think they would give you feedback for declining you. I put in 5+ hours in study and preparation and also put aside time to do the case that was sent home. I understand that maybe my case response was not up to par, however, they should stand up for what they are advocating and provide feedback so people can move on to better things. Not aligned to their values I believe.

First round interview was with the recruiter, second round was with the hiring manager. Truthfully, the recruiter screen was great, but the hiring manager (Ops Lead) interview was not good. She seemed like she absolutely did not give a damn to be there. She seemed distracted a number of times and was not professional. I felt intimidated and thought I was wasting my time just sitting there talking with her. Then received a generic rejection email a few days later.
