I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Healogics in Aug 2021
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter via email and set up a phone interview. During the interview she asked if I was interviewing elsewhere ( I was not at that time, but I did express I had a relocation opportunity with my current employer and provided her my decision time frame) after our phone interview, there was no contact for about a week, but she called and asked to set up a zoom meeting with regional clinical director. Very good interview, they were in a hurry to find a good fit for the role and they were on a tight schedule. I didn't receive any feedback until the recruiter called my five days later to set up a zoom meeting with the operations VP. At the end of the interview, he said the recruiter will call me to set up a meeting for me at the hospital. It was two days later when she reached out. After my meeting with the hospital ( it was a fantastic interview, I know the HR director and she called me afterwards to congratulate me on the great meeting).
I didn't hear anything back for six days. I tried to call the recruiter and emailed her but she never responds. On day six I received an email to complete my reference checks. My references all completed their reviews within 28 hours.
It has now been six days since I received the reference check email, and I have not heard anything back. Their targeted start date is in five days. My greatest displeasure is the absolute abysmal lack of communication. I am still not certain if I am a candidate or if I am no longer being considered.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All behavioral interview questions, but based on each stage of the interview it was approached differently. With the recruiter and hospital, they asked the questions, but the clinical director and the RVP preferred conversational interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Healogics (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
Company sent me an email with date and time of interview. First interview was a phone interview. I was contacted by the corporate headquarters in Florida. The person was kind. You could hear her typing my answers. They were not able to answer any questions that I had, stating I would have to ask the hiring manager.
Very pleasant interview, felt like a casual conversation. I felt comfortable and confident that the interview went well. I hope to move forward with this company. Thank you for your time.
