No real experience required other than license. They said they like new hires so they can train them the way they want them to do business. There was more emphasis on business than clinical experience.

Easy interviewing process. Discussed experiences in wound care. Asked why I wanted to be a wound care nurse. I was interviewed by both the Director and Clinical manager. The were very kind.

Interview was smooth and to the point. Very friendly.
They did not ask those annoying behavioral questions that most companies ask. They made me feel welcomed , accepted and wanted.
