Interviewed on multiple levels. Initially, the recruiter did a phone screening. I then interviewed with the person that i would directly report to. After that, I had a peer interview with the team that would report to me. I then had interviews with 2 levels up, then finally, the hospital. After I accepted the positon, i was told that the reason for so many interviews was due to the delicacy of the contract and they wanted to make sure the right candidate was selected. Now that i have been there over 2 years, i can attest that the interview process is usually not as long as none was

Company sent me an email with date and time of interview. First interview was a phone interview. I was contacted by the corporate headquarters in Florida. The person was kind. You could hear her typing my answers. They were not able to answer any questions that I had, stating I would have to ask the hiring manager.
Very pleasant interview, felt like a casual conversation. I felt comfortable and confident that the interview went well. I hope to move forward with this company. Thank you for your time.
