then had to wait 1-2 weeks for them to complete their interviews with all candidates and I received a phone call from the recruiter with an official verbal offer followed by an email with written offer.

Company sent me an email with date and time of interview. First interview was a phone interview. I was contacted by the corporate headquarters in Florida. The person was kind. You could hear her typing my answers. They were not able to answer any questions that I had, stating I would have to ask the hiring manager.
Very pleasant interview, felt like a casual conversation. I felt comfortable and confident that the interview went well. I hope to move forward with this company. Thank you for your time.
