Initial interview was typical phone screen from a company specialist. Then a very lengthy test was taken online. Met with Area Director about a week later for in person interview. Very informal and simple. Went extremely well and was given tour and introduced to everyone. Three weeks later came have to interview again with the client. Arrived and the temp PD was only one there and she began interview. Ten minutes later one of the client Directors arrived and interview began again. Five minutes later and the Area Director arrived and I had to repeat things again. 15 minutes later and the head client Director arrived. After she arrived, interview ended abruptly in about two minutes. Up into that point however, the dialogue was amazing...especially given the chaotic interruptions and restarts. Offer went to candidate far less qualified than me. I had even had high recommendation from the Medical Director of the unit and other leaders from the hospital. I also currently hold equal position. Other candidate has no previous experience.
