Interview
Had a screening interview with a recruiter and then a supervisor as the main interview. The notes were then forwarded to HQ and they would make the decision. Once I had the 1st interview, things went rather quickly. The supervisor was upfront and honest about the good/bad about the job and requirements as compared to my previous one (which she was familiar with). I will say the recruiter sounded like a robot and even after I gave a horrible answer, she just said "ok." I was surprised I got a 2nd interview.
