Interview
My interview with Melissa Smith went very well. She explained what was needed of her associates, Explained that I would also be training in the Lab Dept., asked a few questions about Draw of Blood, then proceeded with a tour of the Lab Dept.
Once I was hired I had 3wks of training in both Lab Dept., and Out Patient. Not so much time was spent on the floor actually doing pokes. I enjoyed myself and learned more then I came in with
