You get a phone interview from the Sr Recruiter then after that you get a face to face interview from hiring manager. You get the normal interview questions (ex. Tell me about yourself, whats your biggest challenge, and weakness, etc.)

I submitted my application on a Friday, got a call for a phone interview that following Monday. They scheduled me to come in the office for my 2nd interview Tuesday at 12pm at 430pm I received a call with an offer. Took less than 5 days from applying.
