I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Healthfirst (New York, NY) in Oct 2012
Interview
I was interviewed by someone from HR first and immediately interviewed by the manager of the department in question. The interview process was very smooth and lasted for about forty minutes. I was mostly asked questions about my job functions. The interviewers did a very good job explaining the job function and the company's benefits. However, I did feel somewhat rushed during my interview with the HR person. I had other questions, but her demeanor suggested that I should refrain from asking more questions. Both interviewer promised that I would receive a call informing whether or not I was selected for the job within a week. I ultimately did not get the job. With the exception of not receiving a call as promised, my experience with Healthfirst was decent.

Question 1
I was not asked difficult questions or any unexpected questions. I was fully prepared and I was not caught off guard. I think my salary requirement was too high.
Quick and Straightforward Interview Process. I just had 3 rounds in a week. One HR followed by Technical round and then finally management round. The entire process was very smooth and comfortable.

Interview
HR forgot to send me the confirmation email then acted like it was my fault. Had to reach out multiple times to confirm certain information (job number, who I was interviewing with, etc.)
Interview was with hiring manager and an associate. They asked about my experience and then informed me it was a technical interview and explained that it was to be three rounds and this was the first. At one point, the associate got annoyed with me when I engaged her on a comment that she made and then cut me off. I could maybe understand this if we were tight on time but we finished early with 30 minutes to spare. The hiring manager said nothing and just observed which was a little weird and unsettling.
When I asked about next steps, the hiring manager said HR would reach out to me, which they never did, although my application status still indicates I am in the process. Very unprofessional on all fronts.
Ultimately accepted an offer from another company.
