Interview
The process involves applying on their website, receiving a phone call from HR to schedule an interview. Met with the manager and her manager. One was on the phone the other was in person. None seem to care about the job.

Quick and Straightforward Interview Process. I just had 3 rounds in a week. One HR followed by Technical round and then finally management round. The entire process was very smooth and comfortable.

I applied online. I interviewed at Healthfirst in Sep 2021
Interview
HR forgot to send me the confirmation email then acted like it was my fault. Had to reach out multiple times to confirm certain information (job number, who I was interviewing with, etc.)
Interview was with hiring manager and an associate. They asked about my experience and then informed me it was a technical interview and explained that it was to be three rounds and this was the first. At one point, the associate got annoyed with me when I engaged her on a comment that she made and then cut me off. I could maybe understand this if we were tight on time but we finished early with 30 minutes to spare. The hiring manager said nothing and just observed which was a little weird and unsettling.
When I asked about next steps, the hiring manager said HR would reach out to me, which they never did, although my application status still indicates I am in the process. Very unprofessional on all fronts.
Ultimately accepted an offer from another company.
