The interview process was very robust and included many rounds of 1:1 conversations as well as a panel discussion. Questions were practical and fair. The interviewers seemed like they were truly trying to get to know me vs trying to trip me up (which I've experienced in other interviews in the past).

I remember being asked how I've utilized data and analysis to support my objectives in the past.
The interview process consisted of many rounds with various team members at different levels. I interviewed with people at my level if I were to get the job all the way up to senior executives. Interviewers were friendly and an open dialogue was encouraged. There was also an opportunity to ask questions. Some interviews were online and there was also an opportunity to attend in-person.
