Interviewers were friendly and an open dialogue was encouraged. There was also an opportunity to ask questions. Some interviews were online and there was also an opportunity to attend in-person.

The interview process was very robust and included many rounds of 1:1 conversations as well as a panel discussion. Questions were practical and fair.
