Helping Hands Community Support Services interview questions

After confirming a time and date for a virtual interview, I signed on to my meeting on the agreed-upon date and time. I waited to be let into the meeting for 15 minutes until logging off with no response. Then, I sent an email to the individual I had set the interview up with, inquiring if there had been an emergency. That was nearly a month ago, and I have yet to receive an apology or a response. If an organization is this callous to potential candidates, I feel sympathy for their clients.
