First interview was in person. Easy, simple. Wanted to see if I could do sales and "sell myself" to him before second interview. Lasted about 30 minutes. Second interview - Lasted about 45. Simple questions. More explanation of the ethics and values of the company. Offered position. Was not open to salary increase. I was denied a higher wage. (Later found out it was because I was female and might need "days off during that time.")

I went to the career fair and spoke to the main recruiter. A few days after, the manager called and asked to interview me. The managers asked a series of standard behavior questions about retail and customer service, and asked for more detail about my past internship experiences. Straight-forward and very friendly.
