For the assistant manager position I interviewed with the store and the district manager. District manager conducted the interview. They were basic questions and specifically questioned my past sales and management experience. I found out half way through the interview that they want you to work as a sales associate for 90 before you begin management training.
Overall seems like it would be a great company to work for with commitment to employees and furthering their education within high end jewelry sales with ability to move up in the company.
