I went to the career fair and spoke to the main recruiter. A few days after, the manager called and asked to interview me. The managers asked a series of standard behavior questions about retail and customer service, and asked for more detail about my past internship experiences. Straight-forward and very friendly.

Helzberg Diamonds interview process was easy. The manager I interviewed with was highly professional. He made me very comfortable during the meeting and was very personable. Once applied, I received a call back within 72 hours and went in for an interview the next day. I was offered the position within the next week. All in all, loved working for this company.

The Regional Manager found me and asked if I was interested based on my resume. I went in for the first interview with the store manager and the second with the regional.
