I applied through a recruiter who was extremely helpful in getting to know me and keeping me updated on the process. I interviewed first over the phone with who would be my direct supervisor and we set the next steps for a site visit. When I arrived I met with HR about logistics and benefits and then went to the department to observe and follow some of the current employees. Then I had a peer interview following.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hendrick Health (Abilene, TX) in Mar 2022
Interview
The process was 2 step in nature. Phone initial interview/informative process, then an in person interview was scheduled in advance with input from me on best time and day, which worked well with my current work schedule. Interviewer was timely on arrival and informative providing copious amount of information during the interview process.. This was very helpful for me to make a decision about joining the Hendrick team if an offer was provided to me.
I was able to speak to some of the current team members which allowed me to ascertain if current employees are fulfilled in their workplace and longevity of service. This paints a good picture regarding what type of culture Hendricks promotes.
