Interview
I was interviewed by three very sweet ladies in the lab, they not only made me feel right at home but took their time allowing me to answer questions and getting to know me a little. I never once felt uncomfortable nor "looked down upon" for any of my answers. The Lab Director Kay Shaw was extremely informative on what my duties would be as were Kim and Kellie. I left feeling confident in knowing that the group I would be working with, if hired, would be very professional and helpful in furthering my phlebotomy career here at Hendricks. I also left with the feeling that everyone there acted like a family unit, which I would love to become a part of.
