The interview process was a positive experience on my end. This was the first interview I had since obtaining my license and I was very nervous. They made it feel more like a conversation than an interview and that made me a lot calmer. I also liked that they do "peer interviews" so I got to meet some ER floor nurses and talk to them as well.
