Henry County Schools interview questions

I applied online in June 2018 and I wasn't called for an interview until August 2018. The questions were behavioral in nature. The interview panel was nice; however I applied for an Accounting Coordinator position. When the position was explained to me at the interview, they were looking for someone who had extensive payroll/accounts payable experience. Essentially they were looking for a Payroll Coordinator since the previous person had been promoted. The position duties were misrepresented in the ad. It's been a week since my interview and I haven't heard back from them so I can assume that I didn't get the job. Also, I had to complete a 3 question test at the end of the interview on their laptop. There were 2 behavioral based questions and 1 question relating to payroll. Note to Management: Please make sure that you advertise for the position that you really want individuals to apply to. My resume had extensive experience in Budget/Finance; yet I was called for a position that would involve payroll and accounts payable ONLY.

Traditional meeting with admin. They asked about curriculum, classroom management, ideas, technology, and other things to improve the school. It was similar to most other schools where I have interviewed. They were clear about what they wanted in their employees.
