Initial phone screen that lasted about 30 minutes with typical questions. In person interview about a week later that included 3 project staff. Very good, relevant questions, and ample opportunity to ask my own questions. In the end, they never contacted me to tell me that I did not get the job, but after several weeks it was obvious. I found this to be very unprofessional.
The interview was a three step panel interview process with a presentation. The first was with a recruiter, then a panel of 4, then a panel of 6. All very friendly, but overall time-consuming process to not be selected
