I can see why this company’s reviews are poor. I interviewed for a recruiter position over a month ago. I applied on Indeed and was contacted by email for a phone screen. The person I spoke with said she’d recommend me to move forward. A few days passed and I assumed I wasn’t selected. Over a month later, they inform me I’m not selected to move forward. Standard practice these days to leave candidates hanging, but that doesn’t mean it’s OK or not terribly unprofessional.
