This place is a complete joke. I am speaking for people that work there that are too concerned with retaliation to post an honest review. They have been notified of multiple sexual harassment from a few employees about 1 person in particular and their response to it, was to create a sexist dress code that basically made all the women have to wear longer shorts when their shorts were not of an issue. I would understand if butt cheeks were hanging out but they usually wear normal women's Nike shorts. If I was an attorney I would absolutely reach out to some of the people at this location because there's so much they have done that they could easily be sued over.

Upper Management took the lean manufacturing process too far. Six Sigma processes have their place and can be beneficial when applied properly. However when it came to redistribution of responsibility and telling employees they would now be responsible for not only A, B, C, but L, M,N, O and Z as well with no increase in pay or benefits. They also expected everyone to not only accept their new responsibilities but did not allow for any additional time in the day to complete the extra work. I thought that's taking it a bit too far.
