Interview
I found the job on LinkedIn and applied on the company website. I got a call a while later (completely forgot I had applied) from the hiring manager and he asked me some questions, but it was mostly casual as he told me he was setting up a time and day to do a phone interview with what would be my team. Had that call a couple of days later and the entire call was about an hour long, due to about 5 people asking me a series of questions pertaining to my skills. It was fairly easy. After the long weekend, I was asked to go into the Location I applied for to interview with someone else whom I had never talked to. That interview was a little more difficult. It was with a woman in person and another woman over the phone. They asked me challenging, but great questions asking me why I thought I fit at the company, why I wanted to work here, previous jobs or things I had done that helped me gain the skills I had, etc. finally, about a week later from that interview, I was offered the job.
