Interview
After an initial screening with the recruitment specialist, I progressed to the interview with the country manager/director to learn more about the role. The interview was centred more around my skill set and experience and to see if I fit the culture. After that, I had a 2nd interview with the functional manager (overseas) via a conference call and they were more concerned about my skillset related to marketing. It included some more in-depth questions and scenarios.

Questions related to my experience. They wanted me to demonstrate that I've had the experience to match the role of very little onboarding training if offered.
Was interviewed by the hiring manager, and then a panel with 3 people. Each of the videos were conducted over Zoom. The people were pleasant, but they decided to go with another candidate.
