The interview was very easy.
1. HR call over a phone
2. Interview with one of the technical person
In interview they just check you communication skills and confidence.
3. You will be asked to give one typing test.

It will be very easy. This is customer support. So, they only look for the communication skills. Easy process to crack. It's a non voice process.
