I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hexaware Technologies (Chennai) in Oct 2023
Interview
In the was the last round(managerial round), interview got postponed 3 times and the interview panel got changed in the last minute. The new interviewer didn't show any interest in asking questions, He just asked some basic ones and ended the interview in 7 mins which was supposed go on for 45 min. After few days, got a call saying you were not selected, there was no further response nor any feedback.
If they have no intention from the start why did I even bother going through and clearing all round. The worst interview experience I ever had.

In group discussion, they will mainly focus on the quality of speech not quantity. So, focusing on the way of speaking is important. The remaining rounds are quite easier. Aptitude, Programming, Tech HR, General HR are easy to clear.

The interview process was well-structured and not very hard, starting with GD, followed by aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I attended through campus placements and had a smooth, positive experience throughout. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.
