Overall, it not bad but it is the long process. But Final round I didn't expect that the English proficiency test...some difficult to crack. But the stages they planned is not quite suitable.

Open campus recruitment. First round was GD. Second was interview. In GD they see your communication skill, your confidence specially. Your knowledge, creativity, thinking capacity. We were 12 people in group and our GD topic was "social media is a boon or a bane". After that for interview, they asked me more from my project. I went up to this round only.
