Hexaware Technologies Manual Testing Position interview questions

3 rounds of interview were conducted. I was through all of them. I had the most pathetic time after the interview. After 3 rounds of interview, the HR discussion started. My spoc was Bharat Shinde who is the rudest HRs I have seen till date. He had salary negotiations with me 3-4 times and never gave a proper response after that. I think as a candidate I have the basic right to know if I'm rejected or selected. If he had a problem with my salary hike or notice period, at least he could inform. But none of the either happened. Even if I call him and ask there is no proper response. It's been over a month and the situation is still same. As an interviewee it's very frustrating. I have just lost interest for the offer now. Its been just a huge time waster for me to attend 3 exhaustive interviews and salary negotiations and still not getting response. Advice to the Management: whatever is the decision please inform the candidate instead of building up unnecessary anxiety
