One fine day I received a call from HR -Pavithra saying my profile has been shortlisted for SharePoint lead position and she would be scheduling an interview with their hiring manager.Although, HR was not polite I was interested due to the fact that it is close to my residence. As discussed, I got a meeting invite and was "ordered" to attend a video call from their Electronic city office and while I was planning my travel I got an email saying meeting has been cancelled. I understand that there could be uncertainties , but this was so unprofessional that HR didn't had the courtesy to keep their candidate updated by a phone call. This shows the kind of culture the company inculcates and I never followed up with the organization as I am no longer interested to join them.This kind of attitude is definitely not recommended for a budding organization.
