Very easy. They just asked you if you had experience before hand and if you didn’t offer you training that will be taken off your paycheck. Really good pay for easy summer job for college or high school students who know how to swim.

You have to do a group interview, however this was before COVID. I believe they now do phone interviews and or Zoom. Overall very easy hiring process if you are able to work a lot of hours you will be a great candidate
