Very short and simple. After the quick application, I got an email asking when I would be available to interview. The interview was relatively short and I was offered the job immediately after. I think the most important thing they were looking for is that I completed the certification and had extensive competitive swim experience

You have to do a group interview, however this was before COVID. I believe they now do phone interviews and or Zoom. Overall very easy hiring process if you are able to work a lot of hours you will be a great candidate
