Hillstone Restaurant Group Greeter interview questions

Position was posted online and required the application to be turned in at the restaurant. The day that I turned in my application I was interviewed by a manager. I was then asked to complete a personality test. After the test, I spoke with another manager. I was called a few days after the initial interview and was asked to the second round of interviews. The second round consisted of an simple IQ test (WPT) and a short interview with the hiring manager. A few days after this interview, I was invited back for a third. The third interview was with the hiring manager and a corporate employee.

you will have to do several interviews, maybe three or more.you have to memorize lots of irrelevant things like pictures in the restaurant, material they are made of, who painted them, then you have to take like four written tests.If they hire you, the training starts, but most smart people will feel so wasted by the process, so much time and energy and mental resources for an mere entry level job.
