I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hilti North America (Plano, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
The process was pretty smooth, the university relations HR employee was very unprofessional in the way she talked down to me and addressed me. The process as a whole was very impressive though. The other managers were very professional and organized. There office is very nice and they role out the red carpet for you, even when you are simply interviewing.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me of a time you rallied a lot of people around a goal and motivated them to complete the goal?
Phone screen and initial HR interview was fine, but interview with the hire ups and senior leaders was unpleasant. One of the senior leaders came off as rude and asked questions that didn't feel relevant. Asking questions about the role and what you will be doing in the final interview felt off to me and unwelcoming. After going through 3 rounds already, you would think the final interview would be a bit more welcoming.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Hilti North America (Plano, TX) in May 2015
Interview
The process stared by submitting an application online. I wasn't contacted for about two weeks. I was contact by someone from HR for a phone interview. After the phone interview, I had 3 face-to-face interviews, which was followed by a site visit. The interview was a situational interview and was not very difficult.
