I got recommended by a recruiting agency to set up the interview. The interview was with 2 people one got on the call about 10 minutes late and the second one showed up 15 minutes late. I already have a full time job so I don’t have time to waste waiting for them to show up. The interview is set up in a room facing the office where you’re able to see current employees work and socialize. (not a good idea seems, gimmicky) Overall from start to finish they seemed very disinterested in having to do the interview and I felt my time was waisted.

Pre-screening call or two, then first round with your direct report. Final round is with direct report and their boss. Was very professional and transparent about salary and job demands.
